My name is Mandy Bolton. I am a U.S. Licensed Customs Broker and the Global Trade Compliance Work Process Lead at Corteva Agriscience LLC, based in Indianapolis, IN.

I have over 20 years of experience in the Trade Compliance industry, with experience in CTPAT (Tier III) revalidations, Import and Export Compliance; including Procedure/SOP development, Country of Origin, Valuation, HTS and ECCN Classification, multiply PGAs, Section 301, Audit, Recordkeeping, Training, Incoterms, and Duty Optimization; including Duty Drawback, Free Trade Agreements, Miscellaneous Tariff Bill and Foreign Trade Zone implementation.

In 2021, I secured the President’s “E” Award, awarded by the U.S. Department of Commerce, for Corteva. The “E” Award recognizes U.S. organizations that contribute significantly to increasing U.S. exports.

At Corteva, my role is heavily focused on Global Trade Compliance Project Management, including Global Duty Mitigation, Valuation, Incoterms, Global Brokerage KPIs/T&Cs, and Policy management.

Ian is an Information Technology leader with over twenty years of experience implementing strategic business processes and solutions at global corporations.  Over the last eight years at CHS Inc., a leading global Agriculture and Energy Cooperative with headquarters near St. Paul, Minn.  Ian’s current team supports several back-office functions including Legal Operations, Corporate Compliance, Internal Audit and others. Among the applications for which his team is responsible is the SAP Global Trade Services product. CHS is among the earliest companies in Minnesota to make the transition from Version 11 to the Edition for HANA, having gone live in August of this year.

Prior to CHS, he held roles at global organizations including 3M, Honeywell, and Cargill. Throughout his career, he has deployed business processes and supporting technologies in the US, Canada, EMEA, and APAC, including multiple full-cycle implementations of SAP. He has presented at the Chief Procurement Officers Summit, the International Association of Commercial and Contract Managers Conference, and the ArchLynk Ascend annual conference.

He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Environmental Design from the Minneapolis College of Art and Design and a Master's in Business Administration from Hamline University. He enjoys hiking, fishing and travel.

Carlos Ortiz is the Sr Manager Global Trade Compliance at Nouryon Chemicals, He has been with the organization since 2020 building and improving the global trade compliance program. He has over 17 years of experience on Trade Compliance, advising on laws, regulations, policies, export controls, sanctions, customs operations globally with background in the Specialty Chemicals, Oil & Gas, Retail sectors.

Implemented SAP Global Trade Services Edition for HANA 

Anand Soni is the Senior Supply Chain Director at ACCO Brands, where he oversees North American transportation and global customs and trade compliance. With over 20 years of experience in logistics and transportation, Anand has a proven track record in the retail, automotive, and manufacturing sectors.

He played a pivotal role in the successful implementation of SAP Transportation Management at ACCO Brands, serving as the business owner and lead for the system implementation project. Anand’s expertise and leadership continue to drive operational excellence and innovation within the supply chain industry

Jigish is an acknowledged leader and entrepreneur in the enterprise software space. He was the Co-Founder and CEO of Krypt where he leveraged his solution-driven approach and his innate leadership skills to make Krypt an eminent player in the SAP Supply Chain ecosystem. In his role as Chief Executive Officer at ArchLynk, Jigish helps drive strategic initiatives to help our customers get maximum value from their supply chain solutions and establish ArchLynk as the premier partner for enterprise companies when they are dealing with Supply Chain challenges.

He possesses extensive experience in founding, running, and investing in successful business ventures in the enterprise software space. He has also worked for many years at Fortune 500 companies like Applied Materials and Tata Motors as part of his SAP journey working his way from ABAP programming to Program Management and a variety of other roles. Jigish holds an M.S. from Coventry University, a B.E. from Bombay University, and is currently based out of the San Francisco Bay Area.

Rick has joined Archlynk following many years with SAP, with the last as a leader in SAP’s Digital Supply Chain practice, responsible for about half of the North American business. A consultative approach, persuasive communications skills, and an innate creativity have enabled Rick to sustain success both as a sales executive and as a leader; helping clients to see business challenges and opportunities through a different lens. Kevin McCollom brings over 35 years of Enterprise Software experience in supply chain, international logistics and trade, finance, and corporate compliance across multiple industries to his role as Vice President of the Global Trade Business Unit at ArchLynk. Kevin spent his last 28 years in leadership roles at SAP in these areas, most notably as Global VP of the Finance, Risk, and Global Trade Center of Excellence.

Kevin's diverse experience across multiple industries, deep understanding of SAP, and track record of leading successful, high-performance teams make him well-suited to lead ArchLynk's Global Trade Business Unit. In this role, he will leverage his expertise in international logistics, supply chain management, and enterprise software to drive innovation and growth in global trade solutions and services.
